Yes. There are no gender restrictions; the house tends to be co-ed.
First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit. For example, if your rent is $500, the total due at signing would be $1,500 ($500 x 3). You will also need to provide copies of your driver's licenses.
It's fully refundable if you move out with the room in the same condition that you received it in. You must take photos and video upon move out.
First month's rent covers the first month you reside in the apartment, typically August 15th to September 14th.
Last month's rent covers the very last month you will reside in the apartment, typically July 15th to August 14th. Learn more.

You and your co-signer will fill out a MySmartMove application for a criminal background check and soft credit check.
Students are responsible for purchasing a contract and splitting it among tenants, which tends to be cheaper based on student promotions.
No, rooms are single-occupancy only.
The owner strongly prefers to communicate with the future tenant and for them to visit in person.

  1. Please be respectful of your fellow housemate's items. Do not use/consume any items that are not yours unless otherwise specified.
  2. Quiet hours are expected after 11pm on weekdays.
  3. No partying, smoking, or drug use.
  4. Guests visiting for the day are welcome, but you are fully responsible for your guests adhering to house rules.
  5. You are responsible for any mess you create in common areas. Keep common areas clean and do not leave belongings around the house.
  6. Overnight guests or longer stays should be emailed to the entire house and approved by the landlord.
  7. No pets.
